Hall of Fame

I have an idea to have a hall of fame. I was thinking you could have maybe two sections, 1 section for best in something e.g. the highest income by a certain round, and another section where you could nominate someone for something really insane. If it's possible maybe people could get custom name things like warrior, warlord (not sure what those things are called )

I like the idea of a hall of fame, but not just yet. When the forum gets more popular (which I'm sure it will when a new version magically appears ), we could implement something along those lines

And something even cooler would be to attach those titles to the player's name in the actual game! (if that sounds like a good idea )

Titles that cannot be used are:
Warlord (admin)
Champion (comp winner)
Tinker (BETA)
Guardian (moderator)
Engineer (development)
Hero (100+ posts)
Warrior (normal member)
Just so that this is out there an doesn't get debated into trolling and annoying spam

I think there's enough name-related stuff in the map already *cough* mapban *cough*
But honestly it sounds like fun plan

I really like that idea to be honest. Perhaps past winners of the Monthly could also be included there.

That idea is far too fetched Hodge... Since the idea for the hall of fame would essentially mean that the holder could constantly change.
EDIT: There is also no "Hero" rank anymore.

Btw; the more official name for those are 'Ranks' .

Ok I see now and with regards to the map ban stuff, I thought that was going to be removed because AA is no longer here to rage at and ban people who are better than him... ???

Anyways, the ever changing possition sounds like a very good idea.

On the comment of Map Bans, the condition was that they would remain if we wanted to continue development, and I think the agreement should be honoured (even though I personally know many of them).

Don't worry kath, you can still aspire to be it
There will just be a slightly different mechanism for it.

Many of them have moved onto AKA's so it does not phase them too much (afaik, I may well be incorrect).

Also remember to add AA to the list (also part of the agreement) if it has not been done so already.
